In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving the growth of our business by generating qualified leads and creating opportunities for our Customer Success team. Your energy, persistence, and sales acumen will directly influence our global impact.
What you’ll do…
Make outbound calls and emails to potential customers, building relationships from the first touch.
Target and influence qualified decision-makers to secure meetings for our Customer Success team.
Own your pipeline, follow up relentlessly, track every lead in CRM, and keep deals moving.
Hit and exceed KPIs: number of calls, emails, contacts, and meetings set.
Be the first line of growth for SiteMinder - every connection you make counts.
What you have…
Proven B2B sales, appointment setting, business development, or telemarketing experience.
Experience hitting targets in a BPO, contact center, or high-performance sales environment.
Strong phone and email communication skills. You know how to engage busy decision-makers.
Savvy with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and researching target accounts.
A relentless, hunter mindset. You chase opportunities, overcome objections, and never settle.
Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and passionate about reaching targets.
