Archer Developer

Talent Worx is seeking a skilled Archer Developer to join our team. As an Archer Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of Archer applications and solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Archer applications to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and manage data models, workflows, and dashboards within the Archer platform.
• Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Archer applications.
• Document code and technical processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in application development using the Archer platform.
• Proficiency in Archer configuration, including custom fields, rules, and workflows.
• Strong understanding of GRC concepts and the business context of Archer solutions.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
