We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-impact visual and multimedia content across social media, CRM, and digital channels. This role is central to shaping brand presence, driving engagement, and delivering visually compelling narratives that align with marketing and business objectives across markets.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Content Direction
- Lead the end-to-end creation of multimedia content, including static creatives, motion graphics, videos, animations, GIFs, and digital assets across platforms.
- Translate marketing goals and brand strategies into visually engaging, platform-optimized content.
Campaign Ideation & Execution
- Collaborate with account management and creative teams to ideate and deliver campaigns for key moments such as product launches, seasonal initiatives, celebrations, and corporate programs.
- Contribute to integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, film, experiential, and activation-led executions.
Digital, Social & CRM Design
- Design cohesive and high-performing assets for social media, websites, newsletters, emailers, and CRM communications.
- Ensure visual consistency and effectiveness across all digital touchpoints and formats.
Brand Stewardship
- Own and uphold the brand’s visual identity, tone, and design standards across all content.
- Adapt and evolve brand guidelines to suit different platforms, audiences, and campaign needs while maintaining consistency.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, marketers, and designers to transform ideas into impactful visual stories.
- Partner with global creative agency teams and internal design teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs.
Innovation & Trend Leadership
- Stay abreast of emerging digital, social, and design trends, formats, and technologies.
- Introduce innovative ideas and creative approaches to enhance engagement, performance, and brand relevance.
Experience & Skills
- 8–11 years of experience in creative advertising agencies, preferably within large or multinational networks.
- Strong experience in always-on digital and social content as well as integrated campaigns across platforms including film, activations, and experiential marketing.
- Deep understanding of what performs on social media and how to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
- Proven expertise in social, digital, CRM, web long-form content, and promotional films/ads.
- Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Sketch, and related digital publishing software.
- Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, animation, and motion design.
- Strong artistic sensibility with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on long-term, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
