Assistant Director of Nursing Services - Sign On Bonus - Eastern Oregon
Assist the DNS with management nursing services team
Responsibilities and in maintaining highest quality of care
Ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff
Coordinate and direct the short and long range planning of nursing services
Assist with compliance in accordance with all company policies and procedures, federal, state, and local standards and regulations
Maintain best practices in meeting care objectives
Assist with interviewing, hiring and orienting of new nursing staff
Qualifications
Must possess an active license to practice as an RN in the state of Oregon
Prior nurse leadership experience in a skilled nursing/ long term care setting is preferred
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
