What You’ll Do
Lead the overall performance of the gym, including:
Drive membership sales and promotions
Build, coach, and hold your team accountable
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, customer service, and club energy
Follow up on leads, prospects, and former members with urgency
Use systems and tools to improve performance
Solve problems fast and take ownership of results
