We are not looking for a traditional finance executive.
We need someone who can build, automate, question, and scale finance processes from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and technology — where speed, accuracy, and insight matter more than routine accounting.
This is a techno-functional role — ideal for someone who understands finance (Dr/Cr, accounting logic, controls) and can translate it into systems, automation, and scalable solutions.
What You’ll Own
Build and own real-time MIS, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
Automate recurring finance workflows (zero manual dependency mindset)
Design and implement reconciliation engines/tools (not just manual matching)
Perform deep transaction-level reconciliations across multiple systems
Identify gaps, leakages, and inefficiencies — and fix them proactively
Drive variance analysis with clear business storytelling (not just numbers)
Work closely with leadership to provide decision-ready insights
Ensure data integrity across systems (ERP, reports, dashboards)
Continuously improve processes with a “zero-error, zero-delay” mindset
Translate finance requirements into system logic, workflows, and automation scripts/tools
What We Expect
Strong foundation in finance, accounting (Dr/Cr), and MIS reporting
Proven ability to automate workflows and eliminate manual effort
Strong grip on reconciliation, controls, and variance analysis
Advanced Excel skills (speed + logic + structuring ability)
Working knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Power Automate / scripting (Python preferred)
Basic understanding of AI and its practical application in finance automation
Ability to convert business problems → system-driven solutions
Ability to think like an owner, builder, and problem-solver
Techno-Functional Edge (Must-Have Mindset)
You understand accounting entries (Dr/Cr) and how they flow through systems
You can design logic for:
Automated journal postings
Rule-based reconciliations
Exception identification engines
You don’t just use ERP — you improve, extend, and challenge it
