We are hiring for an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing. This role will be central to scaling our emerging Micro Drama business. The incumbent will own performance-led digital marketing for short-form scripted content, driving discovery, viewership, and sustained engagement through sharp media planning, experimentation, and data-backed optimization. The role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and content-led growth in a fast-evolving, high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the team to define digital media strategies and performance marketing plans for Micro Drama titles across SVOD and AVOD objectives, aligned to business and content briefs.Set overall performance strategy based on title-level success metrics such as views, completion, repeat consumption, and subscriptions, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.Plan, deploy, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms to drive scale, efficiency, and learning for an emerging content format.Partner with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) to unlock innovative solutions and impact-led executions during key launches.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Analytics, Product, Content, and Comms to improve targeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization frameworks tailored to Micro Drama consumptionOwn end-to-end delivery across performance platforms; proactively identify opportunities to improve CPAs, reduce wastage, and maximize campaign efficiency.Manage media agencies and external partners to ensure seamless execution, quick turnaround, and high-quality delivery in a dynamic launch environment.Drive periodic performance reviews and deep-dive analyses; translate data into clear narratives, insights, and action plans to inform future launches and scale strategiesExplore tech, API, and feed-based integrations to enhance performance marketing capabilities and enable faster experimentationIdentify and evaluate opportunities with publishers, ad networks, and tools to support reach, discovery, and sustained viewership of Micro Drama content.
Experience & Skillset
3–5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.Strong experience in ROI-driven or lead-based businesses, preferably within consumer tech, media, or app-led ecosystems.Hands-on experience managing large-scale digital marketing budgets.In-depth, practical experience across programmatic and biddable platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, etc.Exposure to running campaigns using both first-party and third-party dataWorking knowledge of analytics, attribution, and measurement tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, DCM, or equivalent)Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and build scalable frameworks for a new and evolving business line.
