- Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain and Operations Management.
- Engage in high-quality research activities and publications in top-tier journals.
- Supervise student projects and research, guiding them in integrating supply chain management theories and practical applications.
- Contribute to the development of the Engineering Management Program curriculum.
- Collaborate with industry partners to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world supply chain and logistics problems.
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated excellence in research with publications in recognized journals.
- Experience in teaching and mentoring at the university level.
- Professional certification in CSCP, CPIM, CLTD, CPSM, or related areas is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
