Assistant Sales Manager (FCS)

Seeking a highly motivated and technical sales skill assistance manager to support Industrial machinery business, with focus on the semiconductor sector. The candidate will have experience in machinery business and manage channel sales.

1. Achieve sales target and develop new business.
2. Prepare sales proposal and technical documents for customers.
3. Manage and develop channel sales.
4. Develop and implement business plan of specific business sectors.
5. Coordinate with sales, engineering and product management to ensure timely project delivery.
6. Support new product introduction and market launch.
7. Monitor market trend, competitors and industry development in machinery and semiconductor industries.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or business management.
2. 5 years of experience in industrial machinery, preferably within the semiconductor equipment.
3. Strong technical understanding of machinery and automation system.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Willing to travel when required.
6. Proficient in English and Chinese.
