We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cluster Assistant Sales Manager – Leisure to support our Leisure Cluster Sales team, reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales, in driving revenue growth within the transient segment. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in luxury hospitality, contributing to account management, sales reporting, contract administration, and cross-departmental coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Leisure Cluster Sales team in achieving room revenue targets.
  • Assist in managing and developing transient accounts, including smaller or emerging accounts.
  • Support new business development: identify leads and help convert prospects into productive accounts.
  • Handle client communications via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, CRM records, and contract documentation.
  • Monitor account performance, pace, and pickup, supporting sales decision-making.
  • Support contract preparation, distribution, and coordination with Reservations and Revenue departments.
  • Assist in budget preparation, market analysis, and sales strategy development.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation for clients.
  • Liaise with Marketing, Operations, and Revenue teams to ensure smooth execution of leisure business.
  • Uphold brand standards, hotel policies, SOPs, and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (other degrees considered: Psychology, Law, Communication).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel sales, ideally in an international luxury hotel brand.
  • Excellent English; additional languages (e.g., Russian) are an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales, leisure travel trade, and luxury hospitality standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic approach.
  • Strong skills in reporting & analysis, account follow-up, contract administration, time management, problem-solving, and customer service.
