Descrição do Cargo:

Pessoa responsável pela operação prática de implementação, controle, fluxos de aprovação e controle financeiro relacionados a compras de mídia on e offline. Atuará junto ao time garantindo entrega precisa, dentro de prazos, orçamento e conformidade.

Principais responsabilidades:

Controle financeiro de mídia:

  • Criação e controle de PIs no sistema AD.
  • Monitorar e checar condições de pagamento relacionadas às autorizações de mídia.
  • Monitorar despesas de mídia vs. orçamento do cliente em planilhas de controle de faturamento e plataformas online.
  • Alimentar relatórios financeiros semanais/mensais com variações de orçamento e previsões futuras.
  • Checagem de entrega (se a entrega dos veículos está em linha com o contratado) para atualização de PIs para que fiquem de acordo com as NFs.

Operação de implementação de campanhas:

  • Preparar, organizar e validar materiais de veiculação de acordo com o pedido de material, assegurando conformidade com guidelines de cada veículo.
  • Implementação de campanhas (Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, GloboAds).
  • Envio de materiais e PIs por e-mail.
  • Acompanhamento diário do pacing das campanhas.

Suporte:

  • Planejamento estratégico e tático de mídia e apresentações.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

  • Habilidade para se comunicar de forma clara e objetiva
  • Organização e capacidade de gerenciar várias tarefas;
  • Pacote Office – básico a intermediário;
  • Conhecimento básico em implementação de plataformas digitais;
  • Conhecimento básico de conceitos de mídia on e off;
  • Desejável conhecimento das principais métricas de mídia e conhecimento prévio de VBS / AD mídia;
