We’re looking for an Associate Art Director to join our creative team and help bring the Bespoke Post brand to life across photography, video, and design. In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to develop and execute visual concepts for a diverse range of products across digital and print platforms—including email, social, website, catalog and campaign work.You have a strong grasp of who our customer is— someone who values quality, craftsmanship, and discovery—and you know how to concept designs and art direction that resonate with them. You’re a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once while maintaining a high bar for the work. You own the process from concept through delivery, and you communicate early and often to keep things moving.You’re also excited about the role AI can play in the creative process—you lean into new tools and actively use them to generate, iterate on, and supplement creative ideas and designs.
Partner with marketing, merchandising, and private labels teams to develop product storytelling and visual direction for assets across the ecosystem—social, email, web, and beyond
Develop photo and video execution plans with the Production team, including crew selection, shotlist crafting, and location or set planning
Art direct on set, collaborating closely with photographers, videographers, producers, brand managers, and talent to bring concepts to life
Concept and design compelling creative work that reflects the Bespoke Post brand and connects with our target customer
Build and deliver comprehensive presentations and creative decks to senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders
Use AI tools to generate, supplement, and iterate on creative ideas and design concepts—staying current with emerging tools and finding practical ways to integrate them into your workflow
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed and quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Translate big-picture brand thinking into tangible, polished deliverables across channels and formats
Communicate proactively across teams, gaining consensus among stakeholders while staying decisive and adaptable
Has 5+ years of experience in art direction, design, or a related creative role—ideally within e-commerce, DTC, or lifestyle brands
Brings hands-on experience working on set with photographers, videographers, production crew, producers, brand managers, and talent
Has a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptually solid, visually compelling work across photography, video, and/or print and digital design
Brings a strong eye for detail and command of color, typography, and cohesive visual storytelling.
Understands the men’s lifestyle space and can instinctively create work that resonates with a male-focused consumer audience
Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Asana
Has experience with AI creative tools (image generation, design assistants, concept ideation tools) and is eager to push those capabilities further
Is decisive but open to different perspectives, and can adapt quickly when direction shifts
Is an effective communicator who can present ideas clearly and build alignment across varying stakeholders
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and focused while juggling multiple projects
Has experience managing designers
Is curious and big-picture-oriented, with the ability to zoom in on details when it counts
