About the Role
As a GTM Operations Director / Associate Director within Publisher Growth Solutions (PGS), you will play a pivotal role in scaling PubMatic’s growth initiative across emerging, non-bidstream revenue streams. You’ll leverage your GTM, operational, and cross-functional expertise to build global processes, establish governance, and drive executional consistency across regions. What You’ll Do:
- Build and operationalize the global GTM operating model for Publisher Growth Solutions across NTAM, EMEA, and APAC
- Establish and manage the PGS operating cadence, including weekly and bi-weekly priority reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive leadership reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with PGS Sales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Legal, Billing, and GTM Finance to drive alignment and execution
- Develop and maintain accurate dashboards, pacing updates, forecasting frameworks, and pipeline reporting in collaboration with Sales Ops and GTM Finance
- Create scalable GTM frameworks, documentation, and enablement materials across the full PGS portfolio, including Platform Subscription, Access Membership, Intelligent Yield, and AI Insights Bundle
- Operationalize global product launches in partnership with Product and Product Marketing to ensure readiness, consistency, and adoption
- Drive CRM workflow accuracy, governance, and reporting standards in collaboration with Sales Operations
- Support Platform Subscription execution through structured deal workflows, approval processes, contract guardrails, and performance reporting
- Act as a central coordination point to unblock issues, ensure timely cross-functional communication, and maintain forward momentum across regions
Who You Are:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategy, or Program Management
- Proven success supporting cross-functional GTM teams within SaaS, ad tech, or enterprise B2B organizations
- Strong understanding of go-to-market motions and revenue operations in multi-product, global environments
- Highly analytical, with hands-on experience using CRM and BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, or Tableau
- Motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with competing priorities
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across regions and seniority levels

Compensation Disclosure
In accordance with applicable law, the below salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
