Job Summary:
Associate Director - Key Accounts, Influencer Marketing will lead conversion & growth of national brand accounts for IM campaigns acting as primary strategic partner & commercial owner for clients. Build & execute strategies to maximize revenue, margin & share of wallet across brand portfolio. Cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated influencer solutions aligned with client’s objectives
About the team:
Team is responsible for driving revenue through strategic commercialization of the company’s owned fictional and non-fictional IP assets. The team partners with national and regional brands leverage these IPs into influencer marketing campaigns, delivering impactful brand narratives and measurable business outcomes. Working cross-functionally with content, marketing, and sales units, the team develops innovative partnership models that enhance brand engagement and IP value playing a critical role in maximizing the commercial potential and visibility of the company’s creative assets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual and quarterly strategic account plans per national brand, with clear revenue, margin, and penetration targets by category and campaign typeIdentify, build, and pitch scalable influencer “packages” (e.g., cross‑platform creator bundles, category solutions, seasonal IPs) mapped to brand/category growth priorities.Translate client brand/category strategies into influencer marketing roadmaps (e.g., launch, consideration, advocacy, social commerce) for each national brandWork with internal influencer / creator teams to curate the right mix of macro, micro, and nano creators by category, audience, region, and platform for national dealsLead commercial and legal negotiations with national brands, including scope, rate cards, package pricing, SLAs, usage rights, exclusivities, and cancellation terms.
Skills & Attributes for success
Strong sales & brand solutions expertise - proven track record in media sales, brand solutions or integrated marketing roles within digital marketing (brand & agency) or media ecosystemDeep understanding of Digital media ecosystem - strong grasp of digital advertising formats, platforms, ad-tech and campaign workflowsStrong client relationships & negotiation expertise - established relationships with LCS/MM clients and agency partnersUnderstanding of IM domain - knowledge of IM workflows creator selection, campaign planning, execution, measurement & pricing models
Preferred Education & Experience
Masters in business administration with 8+ years of work experience in related fieldStrong experience in key account management, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in Media Industry
