Associate Production Manager - West Area
Essential Job Functions
- Manage AVL systems
- Program AVL systems and content for all production environments
- Produce the weekend experience, coordinating with the Campus Pastor, Worship Leader, and Music Director
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and scheduling for the weekend experience at the direction of the Area Production Manager
- Assist in campus events, projects, and set changes in the Area
- Maintenance equipment on scheduled intervals
- Work with the Campus Pastors and staff on special events

Experience & Working Conditions
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
- Experience working in a live production environment
- Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems, including but not limited to – Avid, Yamaha, GrandMA, ProPresenter, Resolume, video switchers
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
