Looking for 3-5 years of experience. Successful delivery of software projects by managing tasks, facilitating Agile processes, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You should bring a mix of hands-on software development experience, strong Agile methodology understanding, and the ability to gather and convert business requirements into clear, actionable user stories.

Requirements

  • Support the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
  • Assist senior project managers in managing timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Agile best practices are followed across the teams.
  • Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding of features and deliverables.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of combined experience in software development, business analysis, and/or technical project coordination.
  • Hands-on development background of 1,2 years of software development
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 3–5 years of combined experience in software development, technical coordination, or business analysis.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience with familiarity in coding practices, development tools, and SDLC.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in writing user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master Certified - SMC, Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO) are a plus.
