Core Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hospitality
enterprise solutions.
● Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iteration,
ensuring business value delivery across multiple releases.
● Collaborate with engineering, design, implementation, and commercial teams to
ensure aligned priorities and seamless execution.
● Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to extract
insights, validate needs, and define impactful, monetizable features.
● Use data, metrics, and continuous feedback loops to refine product direction and
optimize for scale and adoption.
● Ensure operational readiness, service reliability, and continuous uptime as part of
maintaining 24x7 mission-critical environments.
● Partner with implementation teams to drive smooth onboarding, training, and
post-release performance tracking.
● Champion customer-centric innovation, fostering experimentation and results-driven
development practices.
● Mentor junior product team members, promoting ownership, accountability, and
measurable excellence.

Qualification:

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Product Management, or relevant field.
● Experience leading enterprise SaaS or cloud-native products in hospitality, payments,
or fintech industries.
● Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, or data visualization tools.
● Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or Pragmatic
Product Management are a plus..
● Prior experience working with or within US-based distributed product teams.
● Strong understanding of data security, compliance (PCI, GDPR), and service SLAs in
a mission-critical environment.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant and recent product management experience in hospitality, fintech,
ERP, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
● Proven success managing property management, accounting/finance, inventory,
contracts, and business analytics applications.
● Demonstrated ability to take products live over multiple releases or lead end-to-end
customer implementations.
● Strong capability in requirement analysis, business value modeling, and customer
problem-solving.
● Experience collaborating closely with customers to define solutions that deliver tangible
ROI.
● Deep understanding of what it takes to own and sustain live production systems,
ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
● Technical background and proven ability to define precise, complete requirements and
functional design specifications that enable engineering teams to deliver APIs, UIs, and
integrations.
● Skilled in project prioritization, backlog grooming, and cross-functional communication.
● Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
● Strong analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving ability.
