Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between key client accounts and internal teams, including business development, technology, and marketing.
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of enterprise SaaS products across client organizations.
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Lead new business pitches and manage the onboarding of new clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and document client needs through SOWs, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor activity, and leverage CRM and analytics tools to optimize account strategies.
- Maintain a proactive, results-driven, and client-focused approach while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client success, or business development within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong experience in consultative client management, system integrations, requirement gathering, and cross-functional project execution.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and present effectively to senior executives.
- Skilled in managing multiple high-priority accounts in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Confident, dynamic, and collaborative persona; a sense of humor and positive attitude is a plus.
- Experience in consultative sales or as a solutions engineer is advantageous.
