Automation Engineer

Role Type: Hands-on technical expert in automation.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years in Automation Engineering, preferably in MSP (Managed Service Provider), IT services, or consulting environments.
• Strong background in IT operations and business process design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in automation tools like PIA (Process Intelligence Automation) and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and possibly other languages.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end automation workflows for both operational (NOC/SOC) and business processes (billing, procurement, contract lifecycle).

Methodology:

• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile practices; active participation in ceremonies.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and validate solutions.

Other Skills:

• Strong documentation and adherence to security standards and governance policies.
• Ability to maintain and improve existing automation solutions and develop reusable components.

Key Deliverables:

• Reduce manual processes by 25–35%.
• Contribute to margin improvement through automation.
• Help position the organization as an industry leader in automation.
