Requirements
Key Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in automation management, particularly in the casting or manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of robotic systems, PLC programming, and control systems
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful automation project delivery
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
