Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Azure Developer and/or Dynamics 365 Consultant to design and deliver AI-enabled customer engagement platforms for Financial Services organizations.
This role blends technical depth with functional understanding and requires strong communication skills, architecture awareness, and real-world experience implementing Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) and Omnichannel solutions in regulated environments.

What You'll Bring:
5-15 years of experience in Azure development, Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM), or enterprise CRM implementationHands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Omnichannel / agent experience solutions, Power Platform, and Azure integration servicesProven delivery experience within Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets, wealth, or fintech)Strong understanding of Dynamics security models, data architecture, API and integration designExperience with CI/CD, ALM, and cloud governance in regulated environmentsAbility to operate across technical implementation and functional solution designStrong consulting presence and stakeholder communication skills
