We are seeking a high-performing B2B Business Development Manager to drive growth across domestic and international markets, with a strong focus on contract manufacturing partnerships. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp professional who understands complex B2B sales cycles, global client acquisition, and long-term strategic account development. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building international relationships, negotiating commercial contracts, and expanding the company’s global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end B2B business development initiatives across target international markets, focusing on contract manufacturing opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new global customers across industries such as manufacturing, industrial goods, consumer products, or related sectors.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and market entry strategy to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding of clients.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with global customers, distributors, and sourcing teams, ensuring long-term revenue growth.
  • Lead international business development efforts, including market research, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning for new regions.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production, supply chain, quality, finance, and legal to create competitive proposals and ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, MOUs, NDAs, and long-term manufacturing agreements with international clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
  • Represent the organization at international trade shows, industry forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence globally.
  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for expansion and diversification.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–9 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably within contract manufacturing, OEM/ODM, or industrial B2B environments.
  • Proven experience in international sales and global market expansion, including working with overseas clients and cross-border contracts.
  • Strong understanding of contract manufacturing models, supply chain dynamics, and commercial negotiations.
  • Demonstrated success in managing long sales cycles and closing high-value B2B deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute with a hands-on mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required for business development activities.
