We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth through effective lead management, consultative selling, and strong customer engagement. This role involves owning the inside sales cycle, nurturing prospects, delivering value-driven conversations, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the journey.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Customer Segmentation
- Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to identify high-potential prospects.
- Segment leads based on industry, company size, readiness to buy, and revenue potential.
- Ensure structured follow-ups and consistent engagement to maximize conversion rates.
Consultative Selling & Use-Case Discovery
- Engage prospects to understand their business challenges, goals, and operational needs.
- Map product capabilities to real-world business use cases and customer pain points.
- Position solutions with a strong focus on value, ROI, and long-term impact.
Sales Ownership & Revenue Delivery
- Own the complete inside sales lifecycle—from first contact to deal closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Forecast accurately and track progress against goals.
Product Demonstrations
- Conduct tailored product demos aligned with customer needs and industry contexts.
- Clearly articulate product benefits, differentiation, and return on investment.
Target Achievement & Performance Management
- Execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align activities with business objectives.
Upselling & Cross-Selling
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts to drive expansion through upgrades, add-ons, or extended services.
- Strengthen customer relationships to improve retention and lifetime value.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Tech-savvy with strong business acumen and curiosity for SaaS products.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Empathetic listener with a consultative mindset.
- Self-driven, proactive, and ownership-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, or Sales Operations.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales technology platforms is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
