What you’ll do:
- Develop and create compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, press releases, brochures, and advertisements.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to achieve specific objectives, such as product launches, lead generation, or brand awareness. This includes setting campaign goals, target audience identification, and budget allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Develop and distribute press releases and manage media coverage.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and analyzing social media performance metrics.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating content, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Oversee advertising initiatives, including online and offline advertising, paid social media campaigns, Google Ads, and other promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and identity across all communication channels, including visuals, tone of voice, and style.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes. Use data to inform communication strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches. Coordinate logistics, promotion, and post-event evaluation.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports to assess the impact of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred for managerial positions).
- Proven experience in marketing communication, advertising, or public relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
