Job Description
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement REST APIs for frontend and system integrations
• Ensure secure development practices, including role-based access control (RBAC)
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployments on OpenShift
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams, participating in code reviews and incident resolution
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in backend development with Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot (Spring Web, Data, Security)
- Experience with cloud environments or platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure
Know-how
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and backend architecture principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (preferably Jenkins or GitHub Actions)
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Good understanding of role-based access control and authorization concepts
- Nice to have: experience with Keycloak, Docker, JPA/Hibernate, monitoring and logging tools
- Very nice to have: familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, React, or Vue.js)

- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
