What you will do:

• Architect and deploy scalable backend platform systems to support large-scale data processing and organizational insights

• Develop and optimize LLM agents using agentic frameworks and RAG to enhance the platform’s contextual understanding

• Take full ownership of features in an early-stage environment, moving quickly from ideation to production-ready code

The ideal candidate:

• Possesses at least 3 years of professional experience in backend and platform engineering with a focus on high-performance systems

• Demonstrates technical proficiency in Python, AWS infrastructure, SQL databases, and robust API development and integration

• Shows a strong ability to adapt to evolving technical challenges and a deep interest in LLMs and generative AI
