Job Description:
You will design and maintain backend services for an agentic automation platform that streamlines complex property workflows. Working closely with AI engineers, you will build resilient microservices and data pipelines that integrate with ML models. This hands-on role offers significant ownership over the entire lifecycle, from specification to production monitoring in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do:

• Design and implement resilient backend APIs and microservices within an event-driven architecture

• Integrate backend systems with AI/ML model interfaces to power autonomous workflows

• Own end-to-end feature development including testing, CI/CD improvements, and production monitoring

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of professional backend or full-stack software engineering experience

• Strong expertise with Node.js and familiarity with tools like NestJS

• Demonstrated ability to debug production issues and a bias for shipping high-quality code
