Job Description:
You will lead the design and execution of a comprehensive people strategy as this deep tech company scales. By merging organizational design with industrial AI goals, you will build an environment where high-performing technical teams thrive. This role is pivotal in shaping culture, performance frameworks, and global compliance for a scaling leader.

Location: Remote, UK

What you will do:

  • Define and execute a people strategy that aligns workforce planning and organizational design with mission-critical AI goals.

  • Establish global People Operations including performance management, compensation design, and the entire employee lifecycle.

  • Foster a high-performance culture grounded in transparency while implementing compliant HR policies across multiple international jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate:

  • Over 10 years of experience in People or HR leadership within high-growth technology or R&D-led environments.

  • Proven track record of designing scalable people frameworks and leading HR operations in multi-regional settings.

  • Pragmatic and analytical mindset with the ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on delivery in a startup.
