As Banking Connectivity Consultant for the DACH market, you will play a key role in the Global Banking Connectivity team, whose mission is to support our customers in complex banking connectivity implementations, develop our knowledge and improve our organization on the banking connectivity.

Implementation Consultant:

• Engage with banking partners to gather technical documentation and API credentials.

• Map banking capabilities to the SaaS platform's needs.

• Build and configure bank connections using established banking protocols (EBICS, EDITRAN, SWIFT, AFTs, etc)

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations (e.g., PSD2, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.) and industry standards.

• Conduct integration testing (Unit tests) with banks and internal QA teams, and support user acceptance testing when required.

• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, authentication, or data transformation issues.

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation of all bank connections and workflows.

• Provide ongoing support for connection issues, bank upgrades, and platform enhancements.

• Liaise between engineering, onboarding team, and banking partners.

• Act as a subject matter expert for bank connectivity topics in cross-functional teams.

Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of

∙ Final round with management (and sometimes C-level decision-maker)
