Our offering consists of specialized technological solutions and value added services, to serve the increasing needs of financial institutions and organizations with strong consumer transactions business, such as Retail Banks, Public Utilities, Telecommunications Providers and large Private Companies.
We are seeking to hire a Banking Solutions Consultant to identify, develop, and close opportunities for our innovative solutions and services. Working closely with the General Manager and technical team, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening existing relationships in the Kosovar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in target industries such as banking, telecommunications, and utilities.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, advancing opportunities from prospecting to contract closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients.
- Manage existing accounts to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss product features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and RFP responses.
- Prepare reports on sales performance including forecasts, quotas, and commissions and maintain account records.
- Inform the clients about pricing and delivery timeframes.
- Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure that they are satisfied with the service received and try to and resolve any issues.
- Process orders, following up with customers to ensure that orders were received.
- Interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology/Economics/Business Administration or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment
- Excellent PC Skills (knowledge of MS Office package and basic knowledge of ERP systems).
- Excellent Communication Skills, verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be a plus.
- Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
