As a BCBA at MedCare, you’ll focus on quality client supervision, hands-on intervention, and mentorship. Our collaborative team values interdisciplinary input to drive meaningful client outcomes. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape our growing program alongside other disciplines and mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs as you grow in your career.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA2 years of experience as a BCBA preferredConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansSupervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAsMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryCollaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care
