Title: Bench Scientist

Job Description:
Manufacturing Sciences and Technology of Client Global Technology & Engineering group is looking for a highly motivated, entry level associate process scientist or engineer, to join our interdisciplinary bioprocessing team. Responsibilities include executing routine laboratory studies to support our portfolio of marketed biological products as well as second generation process development and characterization within the upstream mammalian laboratory.
• Assist bioprocess scientists and engineers with experimental preparation and execution
• Routinely maintain lab instruments and small-scale laboratory equipment
• Independently perform work in a controlled laboratory environment
• Assist the team with documentation such as records, reports and worksheets.
• Perform other applicable duties as deemed appropriate by the supervisor / manager
• Be an integral part of the team
Lifting labware, standing, walking and other typical active lab work; Occasional off-hour work
