1. Social Media Scans & Influencer Management

  • Monitor and scan biker-related social media pages, groups, and communities for relevant content, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with biker vloggers, influencers, and content creators to generate authentic, community-driven advocacy.
  • Develop influencer briefs, content calendars, and tracking performance of influencer activations

2. Onboarding Leads Support

  • Coordinate and oversee all digital lead generation efforts (paid ads, organic campaigns, referral drives) for biker onboarding.
  • Provide operational support for on-ground onboarding events in collaboration with the Operations team.
  • Track, analyze, and report on leads generated through digital and on-ground channels.

3. Partnerships & Community Marketing

  • Handle partnerships for biker marketing, including:
    • Brand partnerships for biker rewards and perks.
    • Sponsorships for biker-related events and activities.
    • Cross-promotional opportunities with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work with external partners and internal teams to execute partnership deliverables.

4. Project & Campaign Management

  • Assist in planning and execution of Biker Marketing campaigns and events.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure efficient project rollouts.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

Benefits

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, influencer management, partnerships, or community marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) and community engagement practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (operations, sales,partnerships) is a plus.
  • Passion for the motorcycle/biker community and grassroots marketing is highly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience working with or within tech platforms, transportation, or service apps.
  • Strong interest in mobility, commuter solutions, and community building.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance marketing tools.
