Bilingual Intake Specialist – Pediatric Therapy & ABA

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Bilingual Intake Specialist to support new pediatric therapy and ABA clients at our Stafford, TX location. This role manages the full intake lifecycle from first contact through staffing handoff, serving as a critical bridge between families, clinical teams, and department schedulers.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact for new ABA and pediatric therapy referralsCommunicate with families in English and SpanishCollect, review, and enter intake documentation into EMRVerify insurance coverage and identify authorization requirementsCoordinate clinical readiness and prepare intakes for schedulingPartner with department schedulers to support staffing handoff Maintain intake tracking and provide family updates
Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish/English (required)Experience in healthcare intake, ABA, or pediatric therapy preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsEMR experience preferred (Raintree, KanTime, WebABA a plus)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation & Growth:
