- Establish Level of Development (LOD) requirements and information exchange processes tailored to printed construction systems (Vulcan, Titan wall systems)
- Create and enforce BIM standards, project templates, shared parameters, naming conventions, and family classification systems across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines
- Set up and manage Common Data Environments ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards while adapting for ICON's proprietary systems
- Align BIM objectives with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization
- Manage multi-disciplinary model federation, clash detection, and coordinate resolution processes for printed and conventional building elements
- Conduct regular BIM audits and quality control checks to ensure models meet ICON standards, project requirements, and printability criteria
- Oversee model accuracy, health, and adherence to established guidelines throughout project lifecycle from design through construction and handover
- Support lifecycle management of BIM models, including maintenance of referenced models, file management protocols, and transfer procedures for large multi-person teams
- Oversee BIM-based deliverables and support model-based quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and 3D/4D visualization efforts
- Extract and manage data from BIM models for project documentation, client deliverables, and reporting to Design-Build management
- Collaborate with ICON's Software and Technology teams to provide feedback on BIM workflow integration, design-to-print workflow, and user experience
- Test and validate new software features and tools, providing detailed feedback to enhance functionality for architectural and engineering teams
