As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at The Learning Spectrum (TLS), you’ll use your clinical expertise to design and guide individualized behavioral programs that help students develop communication, academic, and life skills. You’ll manage a small, school-based caseload while collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure every student receives consistent, evidence-based support. This is a full-time position with built-in time for documentation, professional collaboration, and personal balance.
What You’ll Need
Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Current BCBA certification or completion of BCBA-required coursework
At least two years of experience supporting children in behavioral or therapeutic settings
Strong leadership and coaching skills to guide RBTs and educators
Ability to analyze data and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful progress
What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessment data and student goals
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to implement ABA programs with fidelity
Monitor student progress, analyze data, and modify programming as needed
Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization across settings
