What You’ll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and student analysts
- Deliver clinic-based ABA services with the option to include school-based cases
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure all services reflect trauma-informed, assent-based, and ethical practices
