Our RBTs work closely with engaged BCBAs, Assistant Directors, and Directors who are accessible, responsive, and clinically involved.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Valrico, FL. This position primarily supports school-based services, with opportunities for home-based sessions when desired.
You’ll provide 1:1 ABA services while receiving consistent supervision, clear expectations, and schedules designed to support work–life balance.
What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by BCBAs
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Collect accurate, real-time data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Support skill generalization across environments
- Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, caregivers, and support staff
- Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and client confidentiality
RBT Development & Support

What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Experience working with children preferred (school experience a plus)
- Comfort working with elementary through high school-aged students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical care
- Interest in growth—whether as a long-term RBT or future analyst
