We are hiring a Brand Experiences and Retail Marketing Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, this role will lead the end-to-end strategy, development and execution of immersive brand experiences. Bridging brand vision and in-market execution, this role transforms retail stores into cultural and community touch points that drive engagement, traffic, and measurable business impact.
You’ll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of live brand experiences, leveraging retail stores as the primary platform for connection, storytelling, and community building.
You’ll concept, pitch, and scale innovative experiential programs that deepen engagement and expand brand footprint.
You’ll translate brand strategy into immersive, high-impact in-store activations that feel cohesive across all touchpoints and channels.
You’ll partner with Retail and Marketing leadership to identify local opportunities and develop programming that supports broader brand and revenue goals.
You’ll build comprehensive cross-functional briefs for integrated activations, aligning Brand, Retail, Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, Social, Creative, Growth, and Legal teams around a unified vision.
You’ll own the full lifecycle of retail-based experiences – from ideation and vendor sourcing through execution, measurement, and optimization.
You’ll serve as the on-the-ground brand lead for key experiential moments, making real-time decisions that protect brand integrity and elevate the customer experience.
You’ll identify, onboard, and manage freelance and external partners to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned execution.
You’ll develop and maintain a scalable experiential playbook that enables consistent, efficient activation across markets.
You’ll manage the experiential marketing budget, optimizing investment to drive measurable traffic, engagement, and ROI.
You’ll define clear KPIs, track performance, and translate insights into data-driven recommendations to refine, scale, or sunset programs.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in either brand marketing, retail marketing, or event production, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-visibility projects from concept through completion
You’re a builder at heart. You have experience creating playbooks, frameworks, or standardized processes that enable scalable and consistent execution across multiple locations
You stay ahead of retail and experiential trends, proactively researching the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry
You understand how to translate a brief and a digital brand voice into a physical, IRL experience
You’re data-driven and know how to measure an event's success (foot traffic, engagement, conversion) and can translate those insights into actionable improvements
You’re a growing, influential leader; you can work with a variety of stakeholders to gain alignment and drive projects forward
You have budget management experience and understand how to direct external vendors or freelancers to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope
You’re creative and innovative; you love to build great new things that are fresh and unique while staying on brand
You’re agile, and motivated by a fast-paced and ever changing environment
You’re passionate about transforming travel for all (but that’s a given!)
Excited to join the team, but not sure you meet all of the qualifications? Please apply, we’d still love to hear from you.
