About the Job
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a true marketing generalist — someone equally comfortable moving between strategy and execution, creative excellence and commercial performance, brand storytelling and real-world retail impact. Reporting into the Global Brand Director, the Brand Manager will own the day-to-day execution of brand strategy, translating big ideas into best-in-class campaigns and content across global markets to strengthen brand equity and grow Coco & Eve’s position as a global leader in feel-good botanical beauty.
The role is deeply collaborative, partnering closely with Growth, Social, Influencer, Creative, Innovation, E-commerce and Retail teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution at every consumer touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of annual and quarterly brand plans aligned to global business priorities.
- Lead the day-to-day roll-out of brand initiatives, ensuring strategic intent translates clearly into execution.
- Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency of voice, tone, visual identity and messaging across all channels
Campaign & Go-To-Market Ownership
- Own end-to-end execution of key brand campaigns and GTM moments — from briefing through to launch and optimisation.
- Develop clear, inspiring briefs for creative, content, social, influencer and paid teams.
- Partner with Innovation teams to support launch readiness and storytelling
- Act as the Brand’s internal north star across architecture, narrative and touchpoints, ensuring all campaign activity is aligned to overarching brand positioning
Content Strategy & Storytelling
- Own annual and quarterly content strategy aligned to brand narratives and GTM priorities across all owned channels.
- Build and maintain a focused editorial calendar spanning hero campaigns, social, eDMs, blog content, and evergreen storytelling — rooted in strategic intent, not output volume.
- Ensure content ladders up to clear brand stories and plays distinct, intentional roles across the funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion and retention).
- Oversee the delivery and quality of flagship brand assets, including hero campaigns, tentpole moments, weekly eDM series and blog pillars, ensuring consistency of voice, tone and message.
- Own weekly eDM briefing process and asset approval, working closely w. the CRM Specialist on metric content optimizations
- Partner closely with E-commerce and Growth teams to ensure eDM and blog content supports campaign performance, SEO priorities and lifecycle engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive 360 marketing plans, ensuring seamless execution globally w. consistent brand and product storytelling across major retail partners, notably Ulta and Sephora.
- Partner closely with Social & Influencer teams to ensure campaign narratives translate natively across platforms.
- Collaborate with Growth and E-commerce teams to ensure brand campaigns are designed to perform across paid, owned and lifecycle channels.
- Work with Retail and Sales teams to support brand alignment on key moments, toolkits and presentations
Performance, Insights & Optimisation
- Track and analyse campaign and content performance across channels.
- Translate insights into clear learnings and recommendations to inform future planning.
- Define success metrics beyond vanity KPIs, with an understanding of how brand activity supports growth and conversion.
Requirements
Experience & Background
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in brand, marketing or content roles, ideally within beauty, wellness or FMCG.
- Proven experience delivering integrated brand campaigns and go-to-market launches.
- Strong understanding of social, content and digital ecosystems, and how brand storytelling shows up across them.
