In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Brazilian-speaking clients, helping them maximize the value of our software solutions. You will ensure their needs are met, provide tailored support, and guide them through the implementation process, ultimately driving their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for Brazilian-speaking clients, building and maintaining trust-based relationships.
• Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and training sessions to empower clients in using our software effectively.
• Proactively address client inquiries and challenges to ensure optimal utilization of our products.
• Document interactions and keep precise records to track client progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized success plans that align with their business objectives.
• Collect valuable feedback and insights to inform product enhancements and improvements.
• Work closely with technical support teams to resolve any issues impacting client experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency with an ability to comprehend and explain software solutions clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on client satisfaction and outcomes.
• Familiarity with software platforms and customer management systems is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Greece and be part of a diverse and multicultural team.
