Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is excited to offer an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent at a leading Cybersecurity Company in Greece. In this critical role, you will support Spanish-speaking clients in understanding and utilizing our cybersecurity products and services. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing assistance with troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in navigating our solutions. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish for inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services.
- Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting issues.
- Provide information on cybersecurity measures and best practices.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity field.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer support software or helpdesk systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
