Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish for inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services.
• Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting issues.
• Provide information on cybersecurity measures and best practices.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity field.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with customer support software or helpdesk systems is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
