Action Property Management is seeking a skilled and dependable Building Engineer II to support the daily operations of a premier luxury high-rise community in Orange County. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional with strong high-rise experience who takes pride in maintaining building systems, responding to issues quickly, and delivering excellent service to residents and clients.

Compensation: $40-$45.00 per hour depending upon experience
