Desired Skills & Experience
Required
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology
• Strong understanding of the reinsurance domain preferably in the P&C areas
• At least 4 years of experience in reinsurance Domain.
• At least 4 years of product and package implementation experience for reinsurance management solutions such as IRIS and SICS
• At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Experience with project management
