Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in connecting our business with our technology team — driving improvements to HCA’s bespoke recruitment systems and shaping the future of our digital operations.

• Coordinate workshops, gather feedback, and develop detailed functional specifications
• Partner closely with our tech team to support delivery of new features and system integrations
• Lead analysis for projects such as integrating Salesforce with our recruitment systems and redesigning self-service platforms
• Help introduce further new automation and AI-driven features across the business
• Work autonomously, managing your own deliverables, priorities, and risks

You’re a commercially minded BA who thrives on working closely with business teams to understand needs and turn them into smart, practical system solutions. You don’t get lost in analysis — you value progress, pace, and clear communication.

You’ll need to bring proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, recruitment, or similar system environments and be comfortable working independently and managing your own workflow.

Bonus points if you have experience with .NET-based platforms, Salesforce integration, or AI-related initiatives.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Adelaide, with the potential to extend or transition to permanent for the right candidate.
