We are looking for a skilled, driven and talented business analyst to develop and support various innovative and fast-growing Big Data products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for solving complex data-intensive business problems in a dynamic environment for various customers by leveraging specialized tools and techniques for Big Data analysis and modelling.

Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and continuously enhance Big Data analytics solutions

•Analyze business needs, write clear user stories, and prepare functional and technical requirements for analytics initiatives

•Conduct detailed process analysis, document existing workflows, and propose data-centric improvements

•Develop analytical reports: from gathering business requirements to creating transformation logic and specifications

•Create and maintain data flow diagrams, solution documentation, and integration guides for connected systems

•Participate in technical ownership (TO) handover for data streams: formalize event logic, configure routing, and ensure quality control

•Write requirements for dashboard development with product-related metrics

Requirements:

•3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar data-focused role

•Strong focus on business value and outcomes, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

•Proficient in writing clear and structured documentation (BRD, technical specifications, acceptance criteria)

•Solid hands-on experience with SQL and ETL processes; familiarity with Spark and Python is a plus

•Ability to create analytical solutions end-to-end — from concept to deployment

•Skilled in translating business goals into measurable KPIs and dashboards, tailored to different user profiles

•Experience working with geospatial data and background in analytics is a strong plus

•Ability to conduct market and industry research to support product and analytics development
