We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong foundation in hotel technology systems and data integration. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in managing interoperability projects, working with hospitality platforms, and translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions. This role demands a balance of analytical ability, project management skills, and an eagerness to learn emerging tools and technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and streamline business processes related to hotel technology systems such as PMS, CRS, Channel Managers, and RMS.
• Support data integration projects, ensuring seamless communication across systems via APIs or ETL workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and implement interoperability solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using SQL or similar database querying tools.
• Ensure high-quality documentation, testing, and deployment of system updates.
• Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and drive effective resolutions.
• Maintain structured records and assist in project management and delivery tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel technology or business analytics, preferably involving system integration or data interoperability.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and database querying.
• Familiarity with API integration and ETL workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to bridge business and technical discussions.
• Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
