Business Developer Confirmé / Senior Hotel Sourcing & Contracting (m/f/d)
🎯 Your Mission
As a Global Buyer at Voyage Privé you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding and enhancing our hotel portfolio. Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, France, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels in a specific area, ensuring our members enjoy exceptional travel experiences while driving strong business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across your destination to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong our partners through regular meetings and calls.
• Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.
Qualifications
💡 What We’re Looking For
We are looking for proactive individuals who move fast, think strategically, and are driven to make a lasting impact
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement
• Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers.
• Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed.
• Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.
