This field-based sales role is responsible for generating new business, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth in our West Texas and Southeast New Mexico energy markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage accounts from initial sale through project completion
Support billing and project coordination
Analyze market trends and provide sales forecasts
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Entertain clients and strengthen long-term partnerships
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience (energy services preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in oil & gas or construction industries
Technical knowledge of energy service operations
Existing industry contacts and relationships
Self-motivated with high energy and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience:
Oil & gas or construction industry background
Existing industry contacts in West Texas or SE New Mexico
Technical understanding of energy operations
