We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Associate with an Engineering background to drive Kodifly’s growth. You won’t just be "selling"; you will be translating our LiDAR and AI capabilities into high-impact commercial opportunities. You will lead the creation of technical slide decks, prospecting opportunities, and collaborate deeply with our documentation and technical teams to win large-scale tenders.
Technical Sales & Presentations: Design and deliver high-quality pitch decks and slide presentations that effectively communicate Kodifly’s spatial intelligence solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Active Prospecting: Actively look for Request for Tender (RFT) or Invitation to Tender (ITT) opportunities, often using portals or networking. Successful bidding often requires knowing the client before the tender is released.
Tender & Proposal Strategy: Work hand-in-hand and mirror the Technical Content & Documentation Associate to lead the "Business/Strategy" side of RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs.
Market Intelligence: Leverage your engineering background to analyze competitor products and identify new technical use cases for our SpatialSense platform.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the liaison between the Engineering team and the client requirements, ensuring that project scopes are technically feasible and commercially viable.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Software, Electronics, or Geomatics preferred) or a highly technical field.
Visual Storytelling: Advanced proficiency in creating professional, aesthetically pleasing, and logically structured slide decks (PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides).
Commercial Mindset: Ability to identify a "pain point" and propose a technical solution that leads to a contract.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work with documentation specialists to ensure technical accuracy in bid submissions.
Language: Excellent command of English, with the ability to explain complex AI/LiDAR concepts simply.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with LiDAR, GIS, Digital Twins, or AI-driven infrastructure projects.
Tender Experience: Previous experience navigating government or large-scale enterprise procurement processes.
Startup Grit: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment across HK and Pakistan time zones.
